Gibbed save editor is basically a software that lets you modify Borderlands 2 save files. Apart from WillowTree, Gibbed is one of the most reliable Borderlands 2 save editor. This means that you can adjust or improve various aspects of your character such as character level, experience points, head, skin, credits, weapon, etc. This editor can be used to edit Borderlands 2 save files that exist. While i don't mind having save editors, and item editors (memory hacking - the thing right now). The partial solution to your issue is to have all saves stored online in a server run by gearbox, that way people wont be able to edit saves, since the saves aren't stored locally in any way - people will still be able to do memhacks to edit items.

What is the Vault Insider Program?

Why do I need to sign up for SHiFT in order to join the Vault Insider Program?
SHiFT is the platform that powers all in-game promotions and rewards in Gearbox games.
Which platforms are supported by the Vault Insider program?
Currently we are able to track in-game accomplishments and deliver in-game rewards to Vault Hunters on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
Mayhem mode
Successfully complete the story to unlock Mayhem mode. In this mode, enemies are tougher, but there are better weapon drops. There are three different levels in Mayhem mode. The higher the level, the harder the enemies become, but the better the loot drops are.
Duplicating weapons and items
Gibbed Save Editor Ps4 Borderlands 360
First, create a second account and add it to your friends list or have another player who will help you duplicate the desired weapons and/or items. Then, complete the indicated steps to duplicate any weapons and items:
1. Place the weapons/items you want to duplicate in your inventory (cannot have them equipped).
2. Back up your saved game. This is the crucial step for the duplication exploit. Go to PS4 Settings – Application Saved Data Management – Copy to USB or PS+ Cloud (if you use PS+ Cloud, make sure you disable auto-uploads for Borderlands 3 or else it will overwrite your backup save automatically).
3. Load up the game again. In pause menu, select Social – Mail (fourth tab) – Send Mail – Select Item – Select Recipient – Confirm Sending Mail.
4. Quit the game application, copy back the saved game from Step 2. Both you and the mail recipient’s account will now have a copy of the item(s). You can copy back the backed up saved game file by going to PS4 Settings – Application Saved Data Management – Saved Date on USB or PS+ – Copy to System Storage
5. Send the same item(s) as many times as desired by repeating Steps 3-4. Note: If you send a lot of mail, there will be a one hour cooldown before you can send new mail.
6. The receiving player needs to go to Pause Menu – Social – Mail – Accept The Mail.
Infinite money
First, back up your saved game file using the steps listed in the “Duplicating weapons and items” exploit. In Co-Op/Splitscreen mode, press Square on another player to trade. Give them your money and or most valuable items. Then, copy back your backup save and give the money again. Repeat this as many times as desired.
Easy Legendary weapon farming
First, progress through the story until you reach Jakob’s Estate on the Eden-6 planet. This is late in the story. This farm is even better after completing the story and increasing the difficulty to Mayhem III. Even on Mayhem I, you will get a lot more high-tier gear. Go to the area with the elevator that takes you up to Jakob’s Mansion. There is a bridge with a New-U Station (remember the New-U Station, as it makes the farming much easier).
Make sure to activate it as you pass. Run into the area with the elevator to find a Loot Tink. The Loot Tink will always respawn, and there is a chance more Loot Tinks will spawn in the area. When you defeat the Loot Tink, loot the backpack on the ground for additional loot. After defeating the Loot Tink, exit to the menu and reload to respawn at the New-U Station by the bridge. Repeat this process as many times as desired. Legendary weapons are a lot more commonly dropped by Loot Tinks. If you play on Mayhem III, it is possible to get multiple Legendary weapons per run. It only takes a few minutes per run.
One Pump Chump Legendary weapon
Enter Lectra City from Meridian Metroplex. From the entrance of Lectra City, go straight ahead to the location of the “Proof Of Wife” mission. Once you reach this location,
Go to the bottom of the staircase. At the bottom of the stairs, go forward and stay to the left wall. Once you reach the opening on the left, continue forward to find a small alleyway on the left. Go down the alleyway to see a chainlink fence on the left side. Inside the room with the chainlink fence are some switches.
Activate the switches to turn on all the TVs down the hall. The sequence they are activated may be different some times. The following sequence should work most times: Press the button on the left, turn the wheel on the right, pull the lever to the right of the wheel, and then pull the lever on the left (may need to pull it twice).
Once the five TVs at the end of the hall have been turned on, the “One Punch” enemy will come running out of the door towards you. He can kill you with one hit. Kill him to get a chance at the “One Pump Chump” Legendary weapon dropping. If it does not drop, leave the area and repeat the steps again until you get the One Pump Chump weapon. The One Pump Chump weapon is a powerful shotgun that kills most enemies with one shot and has a 50% chance not to consume ammo when fired.

Borderlands 3 Savegame Editor
Project description
This project is a commandline Python-based Borderlands 3 Savegameand Profile Editor. It's a companion to the very similarCLI editor for BL2/TPS,and provides some very similar functionality. It can be usedto level up your characters, unlock Mayhem modes early in thegame, unlock TVHM, add SDUs, unlock equipment slots, and more.
This editor has only been tested on PC Savegames -- other platforms'savegames are not supported at the moment.
Please keep the following in mind:
- This app does not have any graphical interface. You must beon a commandline in order to use it.
- The app has only very limited item-editing capability at themoment, which is restricted to:
- Item Levels can be changed
- Mayhem Level can be set on items
- It does not offer any direct ability to alter Guardian Rank status.
- While I have not experienced any data loss with the app,take backups of your savegames before using this, andkeep in mind that it could end up corrupting your saves. Ifyou do encounter any data loss problems, please contact meand I'll try to at least fix whatever bug caused it.
- Installation
This editor requires Python 3, and has beentested on 3.7 and 3.8. It also requires the protobuf package.
The easiest way to install this app is via pip
/pip3
. Once Python 3 isinstalled, you should be able to run this to install the app:

Notes for People Using Windows
This is a command-line utility, which means there's no graphical interface,and you'll have to run it from either a Windows cmd.exe
prompt, or presumablyrunning through PowerShell should work, too. The first step is toinstall Python:
- The recommended way is to install Python from python.org.Grab what's available in the 3.x series (at time of writing, that's either3.8.2 or 3.7.7), and when it's installing, make sure to check the checkboxwhich says something like 'add to PATH', so that you can run Python from thecommandline directly.
- If you're on Windows 10, you can apparently just type
python3
into a commandprompt to be taken to the Windows store, where you can install Python withjust one click. I've heard reports that this method does not provide theability to add Python to your system PATH, though, so it's possible thatrunning it would be more complicated.
When it's installed, test that you can run it from the commandline. Open upeither cmd.exe
or PowerShell, and make sure that you see something like thiswhen you run python -V
:
If that works, you can then run the pip3 install bl3-cli-saveedit
commandas mentioned above, and use the commandline scripts to edit to your heart'scontent.
Running from Github
Alternatively, if you want to download or run the Github version ofthe app: clone the repository and then install protobuf
(you canuse pip3 install -r requirements.txt
to do so, though a pip3 install protobuf
will also work just fine).
You can then run the scripts directly from the Github checkout, thoughyou'll have to use a slightly different syntax. For instance, rather thanrunning bl3-save-edit -h
to get help for the main savegame editor, youwould run:

Finding Savegames
This app doesn't actually know where your savegames or profiles are located.When you give it a filename, it'll expect that the file lives in your 'current'directory, unless the filename includes all its path information. When launchinga cmd.exe
on Windows, for instance, you'll probably start out in your homedirectory (C:Usersusername
), but your savegames will actually live in adirectory more like C:UsersusernameMy DocumentsMy GamesBorderlands 3SavedSaveGames<numbers>
.The easiest way to run the utilities is to just use cd
to go into the dirwhere your saves are (or otherwise launch your commandline in the directory youwant). Otherwise, you could copy the save into your main user dir (and thencopy back after editing), or even specify the full paths with the filenames.

- Would anyone appreciate an option to delete Fabricators? Hm.

Various BL3 Savegame/Profile editors have been popping up, ever since Gibbedreleased the encryption details. Here's a few which could be more to yourliking, if you didn't want to use this one for whatever reason:
- Baysix's Web-Based Editor - Just web-based fornow; sourcecode release is still forthcoming.
- Raptor's CLI Tools - These are writtenin Go, and the project has easy downloads for Windows,Mac, and Linux (in addition to the sourcecode).
- FromDarkHell's Profile Editor -Written in C#, has EXE downloads for ease of use on Windows.
- sandsmark's borderlands3-save-editor -Written in C++ with Qt for GUI. Is still in development. Native downloadsfor Windows, but should compile fine on other platforms.
- HackerSmaker's CSave Editor - Cross-platformcommandline editor written in C. Has a terminal (ncurses) UI on UNIX-like OSes.
